Hyster-Yale Group leases tech and testing space at Intersect East

Intersect East, the 19-acre downtown Greenville Innovation Hub privately developed by Elliott Sidewalk Communities (ESC), has named its first corporate tenant: Hyster-Yale Group, a globally integrated manufacturer of lift trucks and technology solutions, marketed primarily under the Hyster® and Yale® brand names.

Hyster-Yale is leasing 53,400 square feet in the development and will consolidate its Global Emerging and Technology division into the project. The move will bring over 120 jobs to downtown Greenville, and the division plans to be fully operable in the Intersect East location by the end of 2024, after building renovations and investment by ESC and Hyster-Yale.
