High Point Food Hall Still Seeking Tenants

"We are about to announce our opening timeline and first round of tenants soon," said Kelly Duffy, regional manager with Cana Development. "We have limited space left in the food hall and are filling up quickly."

The building is the first of several planned projects around the stadium that Elliott Sidewalk Communities is developing in partnership with the city. The developer has until Oct. 31 to obtain a certificate of occupancy for 275 North Elm, under an agreement with High Point.
