Developer unveils first tenant for The Outfields in one Triad downtown
The first tenant for the retail and office space being planned around the new High Point Rockers’ stadium is now known.
Cana Dev, a Baltimore-based commercial development firm that specializes in food halls, will spend the next year or so developing, branding and filling the first floor space inside 275 N. Elm St. with destination eating options.
Principal owner Michael Morris said his company, abbreviated to Cana Dev in all of its branding, has 24 food halls under development – two that are open, three scheduled to open this summer and seven under construction.
