Elliott Sidewalk Communities unveils first building developed along baseball field in downtown High
HIGH POINT, N.C. —Downtown High Point is one step closer to revitalization. In May, Elliott Sidewalk Communities announced its vision to bring new businesses and attractions to the outskirts of the city’s baseball field
On Wednesday, the company unveiled the first development. One of the five buildings it plans to develop will be called Market Center.
“We have 4 acres around the entire outside of the stadium, the outfield. What better real estate to have than that?” owner, Tim Elliott said. “So, we’re going to have some exciting programs. We’re going to have a market, a group hub, sports bar and grill, with balconies overlooking the outfield. It’ll be a great place to come before, after and during the games.”
